Burrata bruschetta, heritage tomato’s

Ingredients
62.5g   Burrata (half a ball)
90g     Sourdough (one slice)
50g Heritage tomato’s
10g Olive oil
2g        Aged balsamic
salt and pepper to taste

MOP
-      Grill the sourdough with some olive oil
-      In a small mixing bowl dress the heritage tomato’s with olive oil and season with salt & black pepper
-      Place the burrata on the sourdough spreading out the burrata and top with the dressed tomato’s 
-      Garnish with mixed cress and a few drops of the aged balsamic
