Almond m*ilk porridge, banana, Peanut, seeds

Ingredients
50g     Gluten free oats
200g   Almond milk
100g Water
1/2 Banana
10g Date molasses
1g Toasted coconut flakes
1g      Toasted almond flakes
1g Toasted crushed sunflower seeds
1g Toasted pumpkin seeds
1g Toasted peanuts
20g peanut butter
15g Maple syrup (1:1 with water)

MOP
-      Gently heat the oats with the almond milk and water for 5-6 minutes. The oats must be cooked long enough that the oats burst and cook through.

Garnish with the almond butter first then the maple syrup, blackberry compote and the toasted nuts and seeds. Finish with the toasted coconut flakes & sliced dates.

House Peanut butter. 

Ingredients
600g Peanut
7g Salt

MOP
-
toast your almonds at 180c till golden brown. Place the warm almonds in the thermocoupe with the salt and blend until smooth. You will need to stop the machine a few times to scrape down the sides and start again.
