Referral process
To pay out the money need more than an email, need the evidence that the CV was passed over. £150 for staff members up to Supervisor level. £300 for salaried manager positions
Steps:
Staff needs to send GM and or People team email with CV or contact details of the person they are referring in.
Then the person can apply, if they apply before that email is sent it won't count as a referral.
If the person doesn’t apply, the GM or people team can upload that candidate into the appropriate swim lane.
If people team email isn't cc'd in the initial email, the GM needs to forward that chain with appropriate evidence and then a note for a future payroll can be made for when they pass probation
