Referral process

To pay out the money need more than an email, need the evidence that the CV was passed over. £150 for staff members up to Supervisor level. £300 for salaried manager positions

Steps:

Staff needs to send GM and or People team email with CV or contact details of the person they are referring​ in.

  • Then the person can apply, if they apply before that email is sent it won't count as a referral.

  • If ​the person doesn’t apply, the GM or people team can upload that candidate into the appropriate swim lane​.

  • If people team email isn't cc'd in the initial email, the GM needs to forward that chain ​with appropriate evidence and then a note for a future payroll can be made for when they pass probation
