Almond porridge, banana, house peanut butter, seeds, Date molasses.

Ingredients
50g     Gluten free oats
200g   Almond milk
100g Water
1/2      Banana, sliced
1g      Toasted buckwheat
1g Toasted crushed peanuts
1g Toasted crushed sunflower seeds
1g Black sesame seeds
20g Peanut butter
15g Date molasses

MOP
-      Gently heat the oats with the almond milk and water for 5-6 minutes. The oats must be cooked long enough that the oats burst and cook through.

Garnish with the peanut butter first then the date molasses, 1/2 banana and the toasted nuts and seeds

House peanut butter. 

Ingredients
600g Peanuts
7g Salt

toast your peanuts at 180c till golden brown. Place the warm peanuts in the thermocoupe with the salt and blend until smooth. You will need to stop the machine a few times to scrape down the sides and start again.
