Brixham crab on toast

Ingredients
60g white crab meat from Brixham (check for shells)
1x Slice of flor sourdough toasted in butter on the flat top (not on the grill)
1g Chives
15g Mayo

1x Lemon wedge

MOP
- Combine all ingredients except the lemon in a mixing bowl
- Once the bread has been toasted place the crab mayo mix on top of the toast ensuring it is evenly spread across the toasted bread
- Serve on a small plate with a lemon wedge on the side
