Burnt cheesecake, figs & honey
Ingredients
1x Cheesecake slice (12 portions per tin)
1/2 Fig sliced
10ml Honey
MOP
- Place the slice of burnt cheesecake on a white walled plate
- Place the sliced figs next to & on top of the cheesecake and drizzle the honey over the figs.
Brunt cheesecake batch.
Ingredients all at room temperature.
5x eggs
260g caster sugar
750g Philadelphia cream cheese
375g Double cream
25g Corn flour
1x Vanilla pod, seeds only
MOP
- Place all ingredients into the thermocoupe and mix for a couple of minutes ensuring not to add too much air to the mix
- Line your springform tin with parchment paper and pout in your mix ensuring the mix fills the tin to the top
- Bake in the rational at 200c, fan 2 for 35 minutes
