1x Burrata portion, ate room temp for service
8x Slow - roasted datterini tomato’s
15g Basil pesto

- Place the burrata in the bowl and top with the basil pesto and semi dried datterinni tomato’s. season with a touch of Maldon salt

Ingredients
50g pine nuts, toasted at 162c till golden brown
80g basil
70g vegetable oil
80g olive oil
2x garlic cloves
MOP
- Place all ingredients into a blended and pulse until you have a bright green pesto. Season and refrigerate till needed
