Description: Butterfly pea powder is made from the butterfly pea plant, a beautiful flowering vine native to Thailand, Burma and other parts of Southeast Asia. It is rich in antioxidants and may be linked to several health benefits, including increased weight loss, better blood sugar control, and improvements in hair and skin health.

Flavour: It has a floral, mildly sweet flavour, somewhat similar to that of chamomile.

180ml Steamed milk
Vessel - Large Latte

7g Butterfly Pea
220ml steamed milk
Vessel - Large Cap Cup

-Extra Large
9g Butterfly Pea
330ml steamed milk
Vessel - 16oz TA Cup

MOP
Both small & large
- Add 50ml 94 degree water to the Butterfly Pea, and stir until dissolved
- Steam the milk
- Pour the milk over the Butterfly Pea
- Finish with latte art
