20ml lemon juice
20ml Monin cinnamon syrup
5ml Monin Paragon Rue Berry cordial
pinch on cinnamon
1/3 pipette of foamer
3 dashes of chocolate bitters

Clear rocks

MOP
- Dry shake all ingredients
- Wet shake all ingredients
- Double strain into a glass
- Garnish with burned star anise and lemon wheel
