25ml lemon juice
50ml Prosecco Frizzante
Top with Soda
Glass
Wine

- Add all the ingredients (minus soda) to glass
- Stir
- Add ice to the glass
- Top with Soda
- Stir
- Garnish with a cucumber roll on a skewer
