- Add the filter coffee into the cup

Filter coffee, also know as ‘slow brew’, differs from espresso based coffee in that it is brewed over a longer time, using a larger amount of water. In the cup, this means it is a less concentrated brew. Great for drinking a few cups back to back.

60g Filter coffee, medium coarse grind
1000ml filtered water                                   

MOP
- Freshly grind the coffee
- Pre-wet the filter paper for you batch brewer
- Insert the ground coffee into the filter basket
- Brew away!
- Typically yields 750g Filter coffee per 1000g water used
