Grind House Blend Tiramisu
Ingredients
30g Lady fingers
30g Soaking liqueur
90g Custard Mix
2g Coco Powder
MOP
- Soak the lady fingers in the liqueur until absorbed, do not over soak or they will
turn to mush
- Place half of the lady finger at the bottom of the cup, add half the custard
mix and repeat.
- Dust the top with the coco powder just before serving
Soaking liqueur
Ingredients
120g Coffee
70g Tia Maria coffee liqueur
30g Simple syrup (1:1 sugar, water)

- Cool the coffee to room temperature
- Mix in the tia Maria & Simple syrup
Custard
Ingredients
100g Egg Yolks, Pasturized
130g Sugar, Caster
300g Double Cream
330g Mascarpone Cheese
MOP
- Over a double boiler, whip the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and thickened to a hollandaise consistency (do not scramble)
- Once thickened add the double cream and mascarpone and mix carefully until you have a smooth thickened custard (should not look like hard peak whipped cream but should not be runny either)
