Hibiscus Iced Tea.


Ingredients (Regular)
40ml Tea Concentrate
20ml Hibiscus (monin) syrup
15ml Lemon juice

Ingredients (Large)
50ml Tea Concentrate
25ml Hibiscus (monin) syrup
15ml Lemon juice

MOP

-Add all ingredients to12oz, 16oz cup (T/A) or Hiball glass (IN)
-Give it a stir
-Top up with still water
-Garnish with lemon peel

Tea Concentrate.

40g Breakfast Loose Leaf
800g (93c) Water

- Add the hot water to the tea and brew for 4 mins
- Strain out the tea and bottle
- Keeps for 4 days in the fridge

NB: Turns cloudy when cooled, this dilutes with water.
