Ingredients
2 x Toasted flatbread
120g Hummus
Olive oil 5ml
Sumac 2g

Toast the flat bread until the outside is crispy and the centre is warmed through then cut into 4.
- Drizzle the flatbreads with olive oil
- Sprinkle with sumac
- place the hummus in a ramakin

Warm flatbreads served with hummus, EVOO and sumac .
