Ingredients
5g Butterfly Pea
250ml Cold Milk
- Hurricaine

MOP
- Add 4 ice cubes to the glass
- Add the milk to the ice

Add 50ml 93 degree water to the Butterfly Pea, and stir until dissolved
- Float the beetroot on the top to create layered effect
