Iced Coconut Matcha Regular
Vessel: curved hiball, T/A 12oz

75ml coconut water
5ml white sugar syrup

Matcha float:
75ml coconut milk
2g of matcha

Garnish: Coconut chips

Iced Strawberry Matcha Large
Vessel: T/A only 16oz

100ml coconut water
7ml white sugar syrup

Matcha float:
100ml coconut milk
2.5g of matcha

Garnish: Coconut chips


MOP

  • Add ice to vessel and add coconut water and sugar syrup into the cup.

  • Add all matcha float ingredients to the milk jug, whisk with milk frother and pour on top of the drink creating layered effect.

  • Garnish with coconut chips.
