Iced Coconut Matcha Regular
Vessel: curved hiball, T/A 12oz
75ml coconut water
5ml white sugar syrup
Matcha float:
75ml coconut milk
2g of matcha
Garnish: Coconut chips
Iced Strawberry Matcha Large
Vessel: T/A only 16oz
100ml coconut water
7ml white sugar syrup
Matcha float:
100ml coconut milk
2.5g of matcha
Garnish: Coconut chips

Add ice to vessel and add coconut water and sugar syrup into the cup.
Add all matcha float ingredients to the milk jug, whisk with milk frother and pour on top of the drink creating layered effect.
Garnish with coconut chips.
