Double shot House blend
7g Honey
15ml Lavender
milk (dairy or oat)
Ice
Cream float:
20ml milk (dairy or oat)
40ml whipping cream (dairy or oat)
1g Beetroot Powder
1g Butterfly Pea
Garnish: Lavender sprigs
Large : 16oz (T/A ONLY)
Double shot House blend
10g Honey
20ml Lavender
Milk (dairy or oat)
Ice
Cream float:
20ml milk (dairy or oat)
40ml whipping cream (dairy or oat)
1g Beetroot Powder
1g Butterfly Pea
Garnish: Lavender sprigs
PLEASE NOTE:
If a customer opts for alt milk that isn’t Oat, please use 60ml of the chosen milk in the separate jug (as the cream float) and add other ingredients as specified, whisk and pour on top.
Agave can be substituted for Honey.
You can pre mix the butterfly and beetroot powders for ease of service and add 2g.
Allergens: dairy if used, traces of gluten if oat is used.
MOP:
Pull double house blend shot, add honey and syrup, stir.
Add Ice to cup, top with milk 2/3, add shot/syrup mix.
In a jug add the cream float ingredients, use frother to whisk and pour over the top.
Add lavender sprigs onto the float
