Iced Peach Matcha.

Glass: Clear Hi ball

THIS DOES NOT HAVE A CREAM FLOAT!

Ingredients

Regular
Vessel: Hi ball glass, T/A- 12oz cup

20ml Peach Puree
5ml Lime Juice
150ml Milk
2g matcha
30ml water (do not use too much)

Large
Vessel: T/A ONLY- 16oz cup

25ml Peach Puree
7ml Lime Juice
170ml Milk
2.5g matcha
35ml water (do not use too much)


MOP

  • Pour peach puree and lime juice into the cup, add a splash of milk and give it a stir.

  • Add ice and to up with milk so the cup is almost full.

  • Mix you matcha with water (do not use too much water as this needs to float on top)

  • Add matcha on top of the drink creating layered effect.
