Iced Strawberry Matcha Regular
40ml Strawberry puree
10ml Raspberry syrup
Milk options: dairy or oat
Matcha cream float:
50ml of cream (oat or dairy)
25ml milk
2g of matcha + splash of hot water

50ml Strawberry puree
10ml Raspberry syrup
Milk options: dairy or oat
Matcha cream float:
50ml of cream (oat or dairy)
25ml milk
2.5g of matcha + splash of hot water
MOP
1. Pour strawberry puree and raspberry syrup into the cup, add a splash of milk and give it a stir.
2. Add ice and to up with milk so the cup is 2/3 full.
3. Add all matcha cream float ingredients to the milk jug, whisk with milk frother and pour on top of the drink creating layered effect.
