Iced Vanilla Cinnamon Latte

Ingredients

Regular : Glass- Clear highball, 12oz T/A

Double shot espresso
15ml Cinnamon roll syrup
milk (dairy or oat)

Cream float:
25ml milk (dairy or oat)
50ml whipping cream (dairy or oat)
5ml Vanilla syrup

Garnish: Cinnamon

Large : 16oz (T/A ONLY)

Double shot espresso
20ml Cinnamon roll syrup
milk (dairy or oat)

Cream float:
25ml milk (dairy or oat)
50ml whipping cream (dairy or oat)
7ml Vanilla syrup

Garnish: Cinnamon

PLEASE NOTE: If a customer opts for alt milk that isn’t Oat, please use 75ml of the chosen milk in the separate jug (as the cream float) and add other ingredients as specified, whisk and pour on top.

MOP:

  1. Pull double espresso shot

  2. Add cinnamon syrup to espresso shot.

  3. Add Ice to cup top with milk 2/3, add shot syrup mix.

  4. In a jug add the cream float ingredients, use frother to whisk, pour on top.

  5. Add cinnamon in a line in the centre.
