100ml Irish Espresso Martini Pre-mix
50ml Bailey’s cream

- Note - the Irish Espresso mix must be kept in the fridge
- Add the IEM mix to a chilled glass
- Shake 50ml Baileys Cream with 1 ice cube
- Float the Baileys cream on top (8mm) to create a layered effect. Do not fill to the top
- Garnish with an coffee bean in the centre

105ml Tai Maria
350ml Coffee mix (4:1 filter coffee to brown sugar syrup - 280ml filter 70ml brown sugar )

- Mix the ingredients together
- Bottle and store in the fridge for up to seven days
