Baileys Irish Coffee.
Ingrediens
30ml Teeling whisky
75ml filter coffee
15ml brown sugar syrup
50ml whipping cream (NOT DOUBLE)
25ml Baileys
Garnish:
Ground nutmeg & small sprinkle of sea salt
Glass:
Irish coffee glass
MOP
- Pour all whisky, filter coffee and brown sugar into the jug
- Steam it (try not creating a lot of bubbles/foam)
- Pour into Irish coffee glass
- Pour 50ml of cream and 25ml of Bailyes to the shaker and whip using hand milk frother
- Layer on top of the coffee base and garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.
