Irish Coffee.

Ingrediens
30ml Teeling whisky
75ml filter coffee
15ml brown sugar syrup
50ml whipping cream (NOT DOUBLE) - you can use Oatly cream for vegan option


Garnish:
Ground nutmeg

Glass:
Irish coffee glass

Pour all whisky, filter coffee and brown sugar into the jug
- Steam it (try not creating a lot of bubbles/foam)
- Pour into Irish coffee glass
- Pour 50ml of cream to the shaker and whip using hand milk frother for about 10 seconds
- Layer on top of the coffee base and garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.

Pre-batch
You can prepare a batch, steam it and keeping it and dispense from the urn - it will be good for the speed of service as well as easier cream float pour.
