15ml Pineapple
10ml lime juice
25ml Coconut Cream
Glass

- Add all the ingredients into a shaker
- Shake all ingredients over ice
- Double strain into the glass
- Garnish with coconut chips

Do you love Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain? Everyone knows the song, but not everyone knows the history. Some legends say that in the 1820s a Pirate from Puerto Rico used to feed his crew a mixture of rum, coconut and pineapple to boost moral. Other say the drink was created in the 1950s by a Spanish bartender. No matter the origin, we can all agree this is a perfect summers drink.
