Flavour profile: The flavour profile of a matcha latte can be described as earthy and vegetal, with a hint of sweetness, and a creamy mouthfeel. The bitterness typically present in matcha is often balanced out by the sweetness of the milk or sweeteners added to the latte.
IMPORTANT:
ONLY use 70-80°C water, counter hot tap you can set one of your buttons to 80°C, trucks/sites without hot tap, add a splash of cold water to the boiling water in the ceramic bowl before you add matcha (using boiling water burns the matcha and makes it very bitter)

- Add 50ml 80 degree water to the matcha, and whisk until dissolved
- Steam the milk
- Pour the milk over the matcha
- Finish with latte art
