30ml Patron Silver
20ml Yuzu puree
10ml lime juice
30ml matcha concentrate (1g matcha - 30ml of water - mix to order to achieve nice colour)
5ml Agave

Garnish: 2 lime wheels on the skewer

- Shake all ingredients and pour over ice
- Garnish with 2 twisted lime wheels on the skewer
