Ingredients
4 x slices Beef tomato
3/4 ball of buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces
1 croissant
25g basil pesto
Seasoning (Maldon salt & black pepper)

MOP

Spread the pesto on the bottom of the croissant
- Fill croissant with mozzarella & tomato
- Season with Molden salt and pepper
- Toast to order if requested
