Clear Rocks

- Add the gin, syrup and lemon to a shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a glass with ice
- Float the red wine on the top to create a layered effect

This is a double twist on the New York Sours - swapping the bourbon for gin and simple syrup for gingerbread. The finished result tastes like sipping a glass of red wine while cookies bake in the oven. We think Jerry would approve.
