Ingredients
100g   Hot smoked salmon - order from Bethnal Green
60g Potato
21g Kalamata olives
80g Heritage tomato
30g Green beans
1x Soft boiled egg, halved (6 minutes and then into ice water)
37g Radish cut into chunks
65g Cucumber
20g House dressing

MOP
-      Warm the hot smoked salmon up but do not dry it out.
- Plate the remaining ingredients as per the image above and then season them with fine salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve with a stainless steel jug of house dressing in the bowl for the guests to pour this over themselves

House Vinaigrette

Ingredients
26g Rice vinegar
15g Lemon juice
5g. Salt
14g. Sugar
22g. Dijon Mustard

10g Olive oil
50g Vegetable oil

137g Pickle liquid

MOP
- Whisk the first set of ingredients together to form a paste
- Once the paste is formed whisk in the oils ensuring an emulsion is formed
- Finish by whisking in the pickle liquid
