Passionfruit Mojito.

Ingredients
50ml White rum
25ml Passionfruit Puree
15ml white sugar syrup
25ml lime juice
10 mint leaves
1/2 a lime, cut into wedges
Soda water

Glass
Cut highball

MOP
- Muddle the rum, passionfruit, lime juice, lime wedges & mint leaves in the glass
- Add ice and soda
- Stir to ensure the mint is distributed evenly
- Garnish with a mint head & lime wheel, and half a passionfruit
