Egg free - no Mary Rose sauce
Ingredients
60g Cooked prawns (90/ 120)
50g Gem lettuce
40g Mary rose sauce
40g Seasoned avocado
2g Paprika
1g Greek cress
1 Cooked prawn (16/20 cooked)
1/6th Lemon wedge
MOP
- Mix the shredded lettuce with the mary rose sauce, 1/2 the prawns and the avocado
- Add the rest of the prawns, Mary rose and cooked prawn on top of the mix.
- Garnish with paprika, chives, and a lemon wedge
Mary rose
Ingredients
600g mayonnaise
300g ketchup
50ml Worcestershire sauce
25ml lemon juice
10ml Tabasco
MOP
- Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and Tabasco.
- Label, date and refrigerate
Seasoned avocado
Ingredients
2 Avocados
2g Salt
MOP
- Dice up the avocado and mix in with the salt
- Label, date and refrigerate
