Rhubarb & Redcurrant Spritz.

Ingrediens
40ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml Monin Rhubarb syrup
15ml Lemon juice
6-8 red currant (fruit)
60ml Prosecco
Top up with White grape soda

Garnish: Redcurrant pieces floating in the drink & on the rim (Thornicrofts)
Glass: Wine


MOP
- Muddle and shake all ingredients (gin,syrup, lemon & redcurrant)
- Pour into the glass and top up with Prosecco & white grape soda
- Garnish with redcurrant pieces in the drink and on the rim.
