MOP:
- Make a double espresso using the Light Blend.
- Cut the last 3rd of the shot off. If using ABR, this is at 23 grams. If using volumetric, this is at 20 seconds.

About:
A Ristretto, from the Italian ‘restricted’ is an espresso shot cut short. The result is a slight sweeter, slightly shorter and more concentrated shot.
We put Ristretto’s in our Piccolo’s as it works better with the smaller volume of milk, however customers can order the drink on its own.
