Seasonal Greens

Ingredients
50g Spinach
50g Green cabbage
3x broccoli Florrets
2x Lemon wedge
10g Olive oil

MOP
-      Blanch the greens in salted boiling water
- In a nonstick pan toss the greens with olive oil and the juice from the lemon wedge
- To serve remove the greens from the pan with the herbs onto a small side plate. Serve with a lemon wedge on the side
