1g Dill, picked
1g Yoghurt

- Roll salmon into rose and place onto the blini, pipe a drop of yoghurt onto the rose and place the piece of picked dill onto yoghurt.

- Whisk all the wet ingredients ensuring there are a few small lumps in the mix
