10g       Smoked Salmon
1x       Blini
1g         Dill, picked
1g Yoghurt

Roll salmon into rose and place onto the blini, pipe a drop of yoghurt onto the rose and place the piece of picked dill onto yoghurt.

 146g   Buttermilk                                                                  
110g    Whole eggs                                                    
83g     Melted butter                                                
333g Whole milk

- Sieve the first set of ingredients together 
- Whisk all the wet ingredients ensuring there are a few small lumps in the mix
