Steamed broccoli, chilli lemon

Ingredients
80g   Cooked tender stem
60g Cooked broccoli
2g Chilli flakes
2g Lemon zest
2g Salt

Blanch the broccoli in salted boiling water for 2:30 minutes, remove and place in ice water to refresh.
- For service, add a little oil to a pan and reheat the broccoli until hot, season the broccoli whilst it’s cooking.
- Add to a plate and zest with lemon and chilli flakes
- Serve.
