Steamed winter greens, champagne vinaigrette

Ingredients
50g Spinach
40g Green courgette
3x Tender stem broccoli stems
25g Champagne vinaigrette

MOP
-      Blanch the greens in salted boiling water
- In a non-stick pan toss the greens with vinaigrette
- To serve remove the greens from the pan and serve on a small side plate.
