Ingredients

Regular
Vessel: Clear hi ball, T/A 12oz cup

40ml Tea Concentrate
25ml Strawberry puree
15ml Basil simple syrup
10ml Lemon juice
Top with sparkling water

Garnish: basil leaf

Large
Vessel: T/A 16oz cup

50ml Tea Concentrate
30ml Strawberry puree
20ml Basil simple syrup
15ml Lemon juice
Top with sparkling water

Garnish: basil leaf

MOP

  • Add all ingredients to 12oz, 16oz cup (T/A) or Hiball glass (IN)

  • Give it a stir

  • Top up with sparkling water

  • Garnish with 1 basil leaf

Tea Concentrate.

40g Breakfast Loose Leaf
800g (93c) Water

- Add the hot water to the tea and brew for 4 mins
- Strain out the tea and bottle
- Keeps for 4 days in the fridge

NB: Turns cloudy when cooled, this dilutes with water.
