Staff Sweet Potato Burger

Ingredients
100g      Sweet Potato Cake
50g     Coleslaw mix
8g       mayo
1 Brioche Bun
2g       Salt
1g Pepper

(Vegan, with greek yoghurt instead of mayo.)

MOP
-      Place the sweet potato cake in the fryer
-      Toast the burger bun on the bottom shelf of the salamander until golden
- To serve spread themayo on the bottom of the bun
- Place coleslaw on the burger bun then the sweet potato cake
- Finish with the top bun
- Serve with skin on chips, house salad or sourdough
