1 croissant
3-4 Semi dried tomatoes
20g Rocket
Seasoning (Maldon salt & black pepper)
MOP
- Place the rocket on the bottom of the croissant
- Fill croissant with grilled courgettes, feta & semi dried tomatoes
- Season with Molden salt and pepper
- Toast to order if requested
