Self Space is a third party mental health service that we are partnered with here at Grind. They seek to offer F2F, virtual and phone therapy sessions to support individuals who may going through a tough time or may simply need an open ear. All therapists at Self Space are fully qualified and specialise in varying areas; from navigating through periods of grief to learning how to better manage stress/anxiety.
As a business, we have selected to partner with Self Space because we understand the importance of mental maintenance and the impact our mental health can have on our happiness at work.
