50ml Monkey Shoulder
30ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
egg white
2 dashes of angostura bitters
Maraschino syrup

MOP
Dry & wet shake all ingredients. Double strain and pour into cut rocks glass garnish with orange peel & maraschino cherry on the skewer. Pour a little maraschino syrup on top.
