Burrata bruschetta, heritage tomato, aged balsamic, pistachio

Ingredients
1/2   Burrata portion (KEEP AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR SERVICE)
1/2 Slice malted porridge sourdough (50g)
50g Heritage tomato, sliced and cut in different ways
2g Aged balsamic
5g Pistachio, toasted and crushed
1g Chives, finely chopped
2g Basil
10g Olive oil
1g Maldon sea salt
1g Black pepper, freshly crushed


MOP
-      Toasted the sourdough piece on the flat top with a bit of olive oil on both sides of the bread. Toast till golden brown and warmed through
- In a small stainless bowl, dress and season the tomato’s & basil with the olive oil, aged balsamic, maldon salt and black pepper
- Before plating anything on a plate, top the toast with the burrata and tomatos and then place the bruschetta onto a clean small side plate. ENSURE WE KEEP THE PLATE CLEAN AND NEAT. ALL INGREDIENTS TO BE ON THE BRUSCHETTA
