30ml Pentire Coastal Spritz
10ml lemon
15ml apple juice
15ml sugar syrup
8 leaves of mint
Top with white grape and apricot soda

Garnish: mint spring and small chunks of lemon
Glass: hiball

MOP
- Pour all ingredients into the glass, muddle and top up with white grape & apricot soda
- Garnish with mint spring & lemon slice
