Ingredients
100ml Absolut Vodka
100ml Lemon Juice
100ml Elderflower cordial
200ml Prosecco

On the tray:
4x Iced Wine Glasses with cucumber twists
2x open soda bottles
4x coasters

MOP
- Build all ingredients in a 500ml jug & stir
- Add jug to tray
- Ice and garnish glasses & add to tray
- Add coasters to tray
- Add soda to tray
- Service!
