Ingredients
2 x Toasted flatbread
40g basil pesto for (VG) or
40g vegan purple pesto for (V)

Toast the flat bread until the outside is crispy and the centre is warmed through then cut into 4.
- Place the pesto into a ramekin

Ask the customer if they would like the vegetarian (basil) or vegan pesto(purple pesto).
