Ingredients
25ml Hendricks Gin 
25ml lemon juice 
15ml winter spice
5 blueberries
1/3 pipette foamer
50ml Prosecco
25ml Soda

Sling

MOP
- Build all ingredients in a shaker an muddle
- Dry shake
- Add ice and wet shake 
- Double strain into the glass
- Add Prosecco
- Add soda, and stir
- Garnish with 3 blueberries on a stick & a lemon zest
