Breakfast halloumi side.

Ingredients
1/3rd Halloumi (83g)
10g Vegetable oil
7g Honey & water syrup
4g Olive oil

MOP
-      Pan fry the halloumi in vegetable oil on both sides till golden brown, soft and not rubbery Do not deep-fry or cook on the grill
- Place the halloumi on a side plate and top with the honey syrup and olive oil

Honey & water syrup.

Ingredients
300g Honey
75g water

MOP
- add both ingredients to a sauce pan and heat till the honey has diluted into the water
- Place in a squeeze bottle and reserve for service. Keep this in a warm place to keep the syrup runny
