Mortadella Sandwich .

Ingredients
60g Mortadella (slicer set to 1mm when slicing mortadella)
75g Straciatella
3 slices of pickle
5g Pistachio
Olive oil & seasoning

MOP
- Toast the sourdough focaccia on the panini grill until it is crispy on the outside and warmed through
- To build the sandwich start with the starciatella
(1) on the bottom slice of focaccia, then add the sliced mortadella
(2), pistachio
(3) and sliced pickle
(4) and then finish with olive oil and seasoning before closing with the second slice of focaccia.
