Ingredients
1x Focaccia portion
35g San Daniele Ham (slicer set to 0.5mm when slicing San Daniele)
3/4 Buffalo mozzarella ball
10g Shaved Parmesan
5g Rocket
5g Olive oil
Seasoning

- Toast the sourdough focaccia on the panini grill until it is crispy on the outside and warmed through
- To build the sandwich start with the buffalo mozzarella
(1) on the bottom slice of focaccia, then add the San Daniele Ham
(2) rocket
(3) shaved parmesan
(4) and then finish with olive oil and seasoning before closing with the second slice of focaccia.
